How do I place an order?
Select your product and any options (size/color), click Add to Cart, and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
I didn’t receive my order confirmation email
Please check Spam/Junk and Promotions, and confirm the email entered at checkout is correct.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not entered processing or shipping, we may be able to update or cancel it. Once processing/shipping begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days. During peak periods (sales/holidays), processing may take longer.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively to the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order details. Any eligible free-shipping offers (if available) are applied automatically at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 20 business days due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link and/or tracking number.
My tracking is not updating
Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the first carrier scan. If there is no update beyond that window, please contact support.
Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
Sometimes items may ship separately due to availability or fulfillment location. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking updates where applicable.
I entered the wrong shipping address
Contact support immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the order has already shipped, address changes may not be possible, and reshipping may require additional fees.
Returns & exchanges
Return requests are accepted within 20 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items
Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes determined by local authorities. These charges are typically the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
